Personas Overview¶
Persona Visibility helps you assess your brand's performance in AI search across different buyer personas.
nBlick creates relevant personas and uses AI prompts from each persona's point of view to understand how frequently your brand shows up in their results. This gives you visibility metrics per persona so you can see how well you resonate with each audience segment.
What Is a Persona?¶
A persona in nBlick represents a target buyer or audience segment. Each persona is defined by demographics, behaviors, motivations, and goals. nBlick uses these definitions to simulate how that type of person might ask AI systems about topics related to your brand, then measures how often your brand appears in the answers.
Persona Visibility¶
Persona visibility shows you:
-
Persona: The name of each defined buyer persona
-
Visibility: The percentage of AI search results where your brand appears when viewed from that persona's perspective
Higher visibility means your brand is more likely to appear when people fitting that persona ask AI systems relevant questions. Use this to identify strong and weak audience segments and prioritize content or strategy improvements.
Adding a Persona¶
To add a persona, open the Add Persona form and fill in the following sections.
Basic Info¶
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | A clear name for the persona (e.g., "Industrial Energy Director") |
| Persona Type | Select the type that best fits this audience segment |
Demographics¶
Define who this persona is:
-
Age Range: Start and end age (e.g., 35 to 45)
-
Gender: Select the appropriate option
-
Education: Highest level or field (e.g., "Master's in Engineering")
-
Income: Currency and range (e.g., 80,000 to 100,000 USD)
-
Job Title: Role or position (e.g., "Senior Grid Engineer")
-
Location: Geographic area (e.g., "France")
Behavioral Characteristics¶
Describe habits, preferences, pain points, goals, and values. Add multiple items as needed. These help nBlick understand how this persona thinks and searches.
Motivations¶
What drives the persona to make a purchase or take a certain action? Add multiple motivations to capture the main drivers.
Challenges¶
Problems the persona faces in their personal or professional life. These influence the kinds of questions they might ask AI systems.
Goals¶
What the persona wants to achieve and how your product or service can help them reach their goals. Goals shape how nBlick frames prompts from their perspective.
Decision-Making Process¶
How the persona makes purchasing decisions and what criteria they use. This helps nBlick simulate more realistic search behavior.
