Metrics Overview

nBlick gives you a simple way to understand how your brand appears inside AI models. These metrics show how often you are mentioned, how you are described, and how AI feels about your brand.

The Three Pillars of AI Visibility

nBlick tracks three core signals that shape your brand’s presence in AI responses.

Brand Sentiment Analysis

How positive or negative AI models feel about your brand.
The sentiment score goes from 0% (very negative) to 100% (excellent). It shows the general tone AI uses when talking about your brand.

Share of Voice

How often your brand appears compared to others.
Share of Voice measures the ratio of mentions of your brand and products in AI answers. You can switch between product-level and brand-level views to see where you stand.

Brand Keywords

The top words and themes AI links to your brand.
These keywords show the ideas, values, and topics most often connected to your brand: both positive and negative.

How nBlick Builds These Metrics

nBlick collects fresh data every day from all tracked AI models. Because AI answers can change, we study patterns over time to give stable, meaningful results.

nBlick uses three main data sources:

  • AI Responses : Direct answers to brand-related prompts
  • Referenced Sources : Articles, websites, and documents cited by AI
  • Trend Analysis : Patterns across days, weeks, or custom time ranges

How to Read Your Metrics

Metric Positive Signal Warning Sign
Brand Sentiment Score rising or close to 100% Score dropping or staying low
Share of Voice More mentions over time Fewer mentions or competitor growth
Brand Keywords Strong, on-brand themes Negative or off-brand themes

These signals help you understand where your brand is strong and where it may need attention.

Insights Across Different AI Models

Each AI model has its own training data and behavior. This means your brand may look slightly different from one model to another.
